for sale - size 26.0 scarpa matrix with a custom cuff stiffener screw riveted on to increase lateral and rearward stiffness. (this modification cost me $100) skied the boots 4 times. scarpas just dont fit me. there will be a brand new never molded liner in them as well (mine were defective so im getting a free new pair). so basically your getting a seriously beefed up matrix with a few scratches for much less than a brand new pair. i have pictures if you want to see the custom job (which is very light and removable). i would like to get $475 or best offer. email me if interested.

they retail for about $550, so it sounds like a lot for a used boot but... its a brand new liner, better than new shell with a few scratches, for significantly less. if anyone else has an offer email me, im flexible.
