i did a few self-diagnosis; most times worked out great....Last mcl tear,I rested a few weeks and was skiin best I ever was;....It popped(clearly feltand heard) at season end ,cought a rut and forced to a stop in nasty crud on trail side....self healed ,I was skiin again 9-11months later(it was brutal ,almost hospital,needed a crutch for a month)i did rehab skin hikes,on green/blue stuff, was awsome recovery tool
