    go for the wizards. some people say they delam. pfft. the upturned tail outweighs that risk. they are awesome. there was somebody trying to sell 2 pairs awhile back.

    but i thought you were getting surreals??

    i want another pair of wizards in the 173 - anybody? anybody?

    The upturned tail is the reason they delam. I've done it to the lightning bolts and the wizards. No tail block like the new/old ones=prone to delam. Toss a rivet in them or don't huck and you might be ok though!

    Kristen...I just got notice from DB that my Surreals won't be ready 'til mid February :frown, so I'm thinking about another ski. I'm in touch w/ the Rev. Floater, his buddy has some for sale.

    Castro...although I haven't skied the bros, they'd be my first choice if I thought I'd feel comfy on 188s. Enjoy.

    Try the rental shop at the Mammoth main lodge. Last spring they had a bunch of demo pairs for sale. This was a while ago though, so they may all be sold out.

    Kewl man, I'll check it out.

    I have a big 'ol trip planned for Mammy next week. Took a couple days off work but it's not gonna be what I was really hoping it would be . Oh well, it's still on!
