boah. seeed is fucked up. they are good producer (dr. darling) but they can`t sing.
In general germanreggae is crap but i can recommend raggamuffin / caramelo el criminal. 2 brothers, who sing in german and in spanishl. the best german reggae singer is martin jondo but he hasn`t releast an album yet. i think soon there will be one with lots of big tunes.
