Sponsored? Yeah well I'm not there yet...surely that will happen when I turn 60.They just broke in a way they could not blame it on me. Which will probably be the case this time.

Update form the swiss (Pre)Alps: We wanted to tour Bockmattli but the couloir (or how you call that thing) had no snow at all, seems that the wind took it all away at some point. -> plan B just a few km away had better conditions even above the trees. Still a bit variable but generally skiable, ok snow.

Above the fog we could see as far as subtle plagues playground!

pharmacies can do the test... check online which one and make an appointment per phone before you go.

guess lots of people will be calling 08:00
are you already in the holy land or do you have to cross boarders too?

I gotta cross borders, and the blue and white were building it up on Sunday. Saw 3 large trucks headed that way with supplies to do so. I’m waiting it out here, skiing hasn’t been half bad. Can’t wait till I can get back though, it’s always a bit deeper in the Alpine Republic

Those mountains seem rather old... compared to younger and stronger ones like the alps or the men. Great vid!

Thanks. As far as I know there are young mountains and the rest so I improvised.
And the "variszische Gebirgsbildung" where the schwarzwald was formed (God only knows what that is in English) are Not as old as other remnants of high mountain ranges like the aravalli range in India for example. So I can call them middle aged

I hope non German speakers get the joke with the sponsors though......

well I had a good laugh at "Jagd und Hund". my grandfather had a subscription to "https://wildundhund.de" till he passed away and always did the crosswords. Just found that you can do those online now - the 21th century sure does not disappoint!

ok, I got carried away. Please excuse, it's like 15°C here today...

Yeah it basically describes the black forest. Why we were there and who shouts at you although you are not in a nature reserver and are in the forest legally.

Hunters here hate everybody in "their" forest although it's public land. It's a German thing....

That's why I wanted to include our greatest friends in "loden" clothing. (another word which I don't know in English).

And that's why I put in the state wide corona restrictions as the second sponsor in the video...

Maybe I'm too cryptic in my videos sometimes....

    Snow for the Euros.

Packed powder skiing really good until below the freeze/thaw line. High pressure and high temps for the for the foreseeable future. Some stoke from last weekend and mid-week.

Check out the major tree knock down from a major avalanche gust.

Dont be so sure, asshole is international. Sweet video, reminds me of a zone in my country, that unfortunately got hit hard by an ice storm/glaze this year. Looks a bit like the second photo above multiplied a few times. Might be rideable again in the future when I am wearing diapers.
