Everything in moderation, including moderation . . .
Life According to Kellie, Specialized Gear for Endurance and Winter Cycling,
Spanish in the Mountains, Andes Cross Guiding in Bariloche
Girlski, Banff is also pre-loaded into the subie's snow finder. Something better get here by New Year's or I'm heading out on the road to wherever that snow is - AB, UT, WY, CA, BC, etc...Originally Posted by teamdirt

Count me in, im getting fucking desperate, and my liver cant hold up to this much longer.
Yo G,
Keep up the rant. It seems to be working.
It IS snowing at Stevens right now and 28 degrees.
"Forecast 6-8 inches of snow forecasted for tonight, we hope!"
BWA! The only thing funnier is Snocrummy trying to claim they would open when Stevens and Crustal (which did actually open) both said they would open. Kind of silly promising to open sitting on a 24" base with 5 inches of rain incoming... Regardless... HAHAHAHAHA.Originally Posted by Squirrel99

OOOOOOOHHHH, I'm the Juggernaut, bitch!
I too am praying for a big ole pow dump to hit the PNW. I rolled the dice and gambled on airfare to Seattle for Dec 26th to Dec 31. At the time in Nov it was dumping in UT and CA, the price of airfare seemed to sky rocket over night. Reno and SLC got bumped outta my price range. Praying that this dry spell for the PNW ends on the 25th with a monster storm.

well grant if it makes you feel any better I just sat around and froze my ass off in front of some 60 foot rail for 4 hours, got nothing done, then got my car towed. yah, i'm broke too. awesome.
Lets see here......
Saturday - pull my hip flexor so i could barely walk
Sunday - get some nasty flu, puke everything including just water up, had to go to the hospital
Monday into Tuesday - Turn into a popsicle in front of a bunch of jibbers, get my car towed and pay some dumbfuck redneck from Samak $100 so i can get my piece of shit car back so i can drive home.
yay
Guess I start looking into just how transferable my ticked is. Last year on a two week trip to the interior of BC the forcast was dry, after 4 days I hopped in the rental car and drove from Fernie to Squaw. If it is snowing anywhere that week I will be chasing it.Originally Posted by BakerBoy

It's not snowing here either.
I feel your pain.

Drink, and do a snow dance.
Ski, Bike, Climb.
Resistence is futile.
From that Sat. loop it looks like the Sierra Nevada resorts in Southern Spain (like Sol y Nieve) are getting POUNDED. Go there.Originally Posted by TeleAl

Whistler's reporting 6 inches overnight. We just pulled the trigger on four nights up there over new years.
Remember the Christmas storm up there two years ago? - Crystal had only barely opened the weekend before Christmas. Snoqualmie did get going until the new year. But it was bottomless at WB.
