random photo tagging

I noticed when I posted some photos and a video someone went in and tagged and titled them. Some of them where tagged as news when they are just random stoke. This doesn't mean that they got used somewhere else on the site for some sort of news shit does it? Just kinda confused as to why someone else is going in and tagging my stuff and what my stuff has to do with news?

We go through all uploaded photos and categorize them, add more descriptive titles/tags for SEO purposes. The "News" category is a little misleading, it really should be "Media" or "Featured." If any of your photos got that tag, it likely means we liked them and applied the tag to feature them on our community home page:
