Shoulder was creamy goodness and hardly anyone skiing it.

1st run (of the season): Punani's

2nd run: Fenceline double

3rd run: Quick jaunt over to Sunnyside to say hi to Ali

4th run: Minor Finder

5th run: Unnamed nose just skiers left of the point

6th run: Da Point (only one not stomped)

Anything less than 40ft was huckable. If this hadn't been my first day of the season I would have atleast gotten the Finder and revenge on the point. Couldn't have asked for a better first day of the season.

edit: and castle didn't open so I'd better see more faces tomorrow

After hearing how shitty the skiing has gotten, today turned out to be pretty damn good.

Shoulder opened up just in time and we got lots of good laps out there. I loved it.

I had a great day at Alta and found lots of great snow. Gunsight, ballroom, thirds, Glory hole. West rustler, not so good.
