Can anyone suggest how I should go about contacting Ortovox to get my transceiver repaired? I have phoned multiple times on different days, left one voice mail, and several e-mails. No answer yet... 1-2 weeks later. If anyone is curious one of the battery contacts on my M2 has broken off from the circuit board = no power.

I have not tried the international contact info, nor the USA. (I would prefer to not have to ship out of the country)
