Thanks, truth. Just got around to hitting the gym a bit to work out the accumulated stress detriment the ski biz was gnawing away at me with.

Really working on core stuff, stretching, and propecia (or whatever those involuntary gut balance muscles are) stuff. Met a Shaolin who's been giving me a sound thrashing with some of the coolest moves I've ever seen. And feeling soooo much more alive as a result.
Check this one out:

I guess you swing the ball down into your groin. How core is that?![]()
Yeah, the Three Ball Sally.
Ouch.
I'm so glad I'm the only person in the office right now. That picture has me dying...
Anyway, here's my favorite workout reference:

I've gotta come up with a new and improved training plan soon. The old routine is getting a little boring.
"Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming, "Wow, what a Ride!"
This is so that when you take ball shots on rails you get right back up, grunt, and try again.Originally Posted by The AD
