How can something so nasty be so good?

Just had a breakfast of Chorizo and eggs. How can something whose main ingredients are pig Lymph nodes and Salivary glands be so good?

I've really never liked milk - except with Kahlua or Baileys or some such thing in it. So that doesn't sound bad to me.

Splat: did you take the dive into Chorillana this summer? I never thought I'd find a dish that made poutine look like a light snack
