We are a dot com startup looking for a talented web developer and programmer to come join our team. Strong understanding of database development, HTML, Joomla! (or other CMS customization) and ability to hand write code is key.

Here is the catch, payment would be in the way of a percentage of revenue the site generates. Overall, there would be a fair amount of work off the get go but after that, it'd be pretty laid back and if you are skier, you'd likely be proud to be a part of this.
