Snowpulse pack review

I just got mine in the mail...here goes. Snowpulse 30L lifebag. Very roomy pack much larger than my BD avalung pack (also 30L). I like the pack a lot but there is always room for improvement with any product

PROS: Durable fabric, Roomy, with enough space for my skins in the shovel/probe compartment which I really like, well designed and easy to adjust for a comfortable fit with the movable chest strap and all the compression straps etc, 2 sizeable pockets on the hipbelt which rides very comfortably on my hips I'm 5'6" 130lbs with the medium. Decent ski carry and pack rides well loaded and unloaded. Packable lower ski and ice axe straps are nice and light as well as unobtrusive. I actually really like the helmet mesh carrier although I'll probably never use it. Airbag is easy to pack and assemble with the easily refilled canister. I like the new handle, it rocks! Overengineered.

CONS: Zippers seem cheap, if you recycle you'll be a fan of all the aluminum on this pack...I could do without 4 or 5 of the metal buckles...some seem very extraneous, 1 of the pockets...top outer small pocket seems like it was added as an afterthought and is kind of cheap nylon, top removable ski carry aluminum buckle strap seems silly, I feel like I could cut half the straps and things off the pack and not miss most of them. The velcro for the probe and shovel handle and the air canister all seem really cheap and added as an afterthought. Overengineered. The next one is cause I'm a girl...the color sucks, a grand for a pack...I'd like to have a color choice please.

Let me know if you agree or disagree with anything...and maybe there are some glaring details I've missed which you can fill in for me. Thanks and don't be too hard on me its my first time
I'm going to try out the actual inflation sometime this week and will give a detailed report of its performance as well as how it works in the field

I am having trouble figuring out what size Snowpulse I should purchase. Since one must buy them online could anyone give me some advise. I am 180lbs and 5'11". I am thinking the Large 30 Liter. Also is the Snowpulse the best avalanche bag on the market?
