    More CNY ghetto turns

Couldnt pass up another lake effect dusting w/ the way things are going out here. Happened to find Labradors web cam and noticed that coverage looked pretty good. Hopped in the car and went for it. Initial hike was shut down by a Lab employee who told us hiking was not allowed. Drove the car 200 yards down the road and hiked up through the woods instead. The long, thick hike for 650 vert on 3-4" of new sadly constitutes an improvement over my last outing . Still rewarding however

Yeah Truth - like they always say - "if there's enough snow to ski on, there's enough snow to slide"

Way to keep after it. That's some true East Coast dedication. I'll appreciate my turns a little more tomorrow at least.

Looks like they haven't gotten their true Lake Effect effect yet. I can remember a few days of knee high there when I was learning to ski.
    Insominia is my new hobby.

Ahhh...reminds me of my days sliding around Greek Peak, in my purple and silver phenix instructor costume. We actually had some decent pow days there, being in the CNY snowbelt. It was always fun to watch most of the instructors and patroller flail when it got deep.

    OK

Skiing is better than not skiing.

I'm ready to commit crimes out of despair
