Alright figured I give it a shot and see if any mags need a place to sleep.
So I have a vacancy of a large room with 2 built in closets and personal private bath. On the border of North Manhattan Beach off Rosecrans.
The house has large open chefs kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fireplace, wireless network, cable tv (with dvr), ping pong, foos, and pool table.
A private back yard with lots of seats and lounge chairs as well as a BBQ, outdoor firepit, hot tub and pool. $800/mo.
