I have been posting about once a week for a while now. After checking out the great TRs from this past weekend I thought I should get to know some of you around here.
I had all weekend off and did my best to get some buddies to chase Red Barron's forcast with me. Well I had no luck and ended up skiing Winterpark on Friday Long lift lines ! Then on Saturday I did have a great day in the B/C with some face shots. So as you might guess I was pretty pissed at myself for not getting my ass to Utah for the storm this past weekend.
I have lived in Fort Collins now for 5 years. I spent a few years in the early 90s working and living in Alta at the P-Dog. I still find myself skiing in Utah around 10-15 days a years.
I have a pretty flexable job and a good 4x4 road tripping rig.
So I guess what I am saying is that I would enjoy hooking up and chasing the storms when they show their face. I have been giving some thought to going out for the mini in Utah.
Any CO maggots what to road trip together?

Welcome, JONG! Where abouts in Ft. Fun are you? Lived there for a few years and miss it a lot. I still make it up there a couple times a month to visit friends and get faded at the Trailhead. The skiing up the canyon isn't all that bad either.

Hey Iskibc,
I live near Overland and Prospect.
Yes the Trailhead, seem to find myself there every Tuesday for 2 for 1 burger night.
You are right the canyon is pretty good, I just started skiing up there this year on a regular basis. I can't stand the drive on I-70 anymore.
Off to Steambaot this weekend for some turns!
