You didn't put up a reserve. You put these skis up, this person said that he would pay this much and by not putting up a reserve and making this a public auction you agreed that you will sell these skis for the highest price someone will pay you. Wouldn't you expect the skis that YOU bought if you were in his shoes? I don't give a shit how much you paid for it. You agreed. Give the man his skis. And for how much HE agreed too.
