    Rent a room in LCC?

What are the odds of that happening? Want to do 2 months at Alta/bird and not rent a place in Sandy etc.

no offense but the suggestion of the peruvian is nutty...he could easily find a room via CL or whatever for less than $600 for 2 months...hell he could rent his own apartement for that kinda dough.

Skidog and FU Cat, I have been all over Craigs List. Nothing up in LCC, plenty in Sandy. I priced out GMD as well but was thinking somebdy's gotta have a room for rent around Alta. Im a mellow married dude with a wife cool enough to let me ski for 2 months and I can pay up a bit for the right place. About my only vice is apres beers most days. I will be in Alta dec 16-19 so I guess I will just ask around. I know a few peeps at GMD that may help. Thanks for the input.

Do you not have a car or something? You know Sandy (i live there) is only about 20 min from Alta lot right?

    Just a thought.

i agree with skidog. it is much, much cheaper in the sandy/cottonwood heights and still convenient. another option is to get a goofy job at alta and try and get into one of the dorms? maybe work at alfs or something and you would get a free pass. although faik those positions with on mountain housing may be taken...
Perhaps you'd be more comfortable on epicski or Paula's Ski Lovers, AltaNancy.
