In snow or with bad traffic it can take a long time. Otherwise I'd guess around an hour

From 9400 South, Sandy
last xmas break I met up with Lumpy and Flykdog at SBasin and we made it in under an hour after stopping once and following a slow ass CA tour bus up the hill.Points on their own sitting way up high

Made it in right around an hour from base of BCC during last years Mini in the Saturday snowstorm. But I always drive too fast for the conditions so draw your own conclusions.
