Sorry didn't amen to imply that you and Basom were anything more than friends.

It should have read: Vermont does have civil unions. You an Basom should move up here for the snow.

Just got off the phone with Stowe base lodge - it's currently raining there.

Agreed that the drive to the 'Loaf would suck, but I would also get to climb ice as well, a definite bonus.

i'm really offended by these implications. that kid is not a friend of mine.

and i guess if you added up the time to drive to stowe and back and drive somewhere to climb ice and back, then you're almost to the time it would take you to drive to the loaf and stop to climb ice on the way back. or something. like i said. have at it hoss.

For sure, you have to be lost to find a place that can't be found, elseways everyone would know where it was

This Basom's kind of conversation. Is he actually doing work today or is he just over in the chat room?

Okay, the word is it snowed around 8 inches by midafternoon, and is now tapering. Slushy mix now at the base of the loaf, freezing rain in the valley.(I'm guessing/hoping it stayed all snow at midmountain) Supposed to go through the night a little bit, and they will be blowing snow on a few of the closed trails, so its supposed to stay below freezing. Plus, they are expecting an inch or two this evening. Hoping it will be good tomorrow, I'll be at the quad for first chair.

Heres what noaa has to say: TONIGHT...PRECIPITATION ENDS AS SNOW IN THE MOUNTAINS. SNOW SHOWERS

Cool, the Cat could use a base. I wish I had some (PTO) Powder Time Off left. If those redsox didn't cause such a bad hangover the next day. I may try to make the mission there on sat, but will most likely end up @ the Rivah.

I also heard snow for SUNDAY!
