looking for a house in Utah

    Hi All
Me n my husband is looking for a house in Utah. It should have at least two bed and 2 bath houses.. There should be a yard. We have one dog. Can anyone recommend me a good Realtor? As I am in Staten Island, I would like to have a look on the houses via their website, so that would be helpful if you can provide me the website or any other way to look at the house before buying. And also advise me which the good areas to buy are? It would be good if they are surrounded by trees and grass..Hmm lovely.. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

altagirl is a realtor here PM her.

lots of factors to consider in choosing the right neighborhood. Are you skiers that will be up the mountain every day?? look to Sandy near the mouth of Little Cottonwood, or Cottonwood Heights between big and little cottonwood.

do you want a charming bungalow, look for homes in Sugarhouse.

Will you be working at the U of U or downtown?? Look in the Avenues or the 9th and 9th neighborhood.

Lots of inventory here in Salt Lake. Best of Luck.

use something like ziprealty.com or utahrealestate.com for their mapping tools to start. You can filter by your criteria and price range then look at all the house pics online. Once you have a list then call a realtor.
Coming from staten island you might be disappointed as I don't think there are any guido-infested neighborhoods near a landfill out here.

I would reccomend cottonwood heights over the sugarhouse area. the heights is mellow, cheap, residential and very close to LCC. Also coming from NYC area, I have lived in both and its a real toss up. If I was all settled down and wanted a home, Id be in the heights.

Why is this in the summits forum, are you going to open your house up to all of the maggots to come and rage at? Couch/floor space available? Actually, your hubby can sleep on the couch, is bed space with you available?

Also, naked pics or GTFO. What else are you contributing with your presence here?

This place is really slippy. You guys should know better. Fucking real estate forum.

I guess salt lake city would be the best area for you to go for..What’s your budget etc? It would be good if you will go and hunt there..If you can’t I suggest you to go to ski Utah real estate.. I don’t know what exactly their website link.. Try utah-home-search.com. The name of the realtor is Kassi.

Well, assuming this is not a troll thread, I have a friend from college who does real estate in the Salt Lake area (when he's not skiing). PM me if your serious and I'll get you his contact information.
