    Fritschi Freerides with rossi axioms?

Im trying to get my bloated quiver straightened out and trying to find the best match for my freerides. I have a pair of rossi axioms 130-110-120 and a dynastar big 188 (flames) and a xxx (white/black) beater ski --

thinking of mounting the axioms with freerides -- anyone ski this setup?

The Rev HAS that set-up but I don't think he's SKIED that set-up cause he lives in the Potatoe desert.

I have skied the set up. It's just fine for relatively shorter hikes on soft snow. Long hikes and/or harder conditions and you're in a nightmare. Also, do NOT plan on skiing these things with touring boots...they're just too heavy to really drive with a softer boot.
