Pretty sure LoS is playing the Oriental on Monday , but I don't see anything on the band's website, FB, or the Oriental's site. Rumored ticket price is $100. Maybe a private event? Didn't hear of a live stream

Got some tix for the Dispatch BU show in Oct…two days after Primus on the FR.
Before that I have Black Crowes and the Bosstones.
The world needs to keep it together for at least 4 more months.
I had tickets to the Hoodoo Gurus first US show in a looooong time in 2020; it got rescheduled until 2021. Now rescheduled again for 2022. Goddammit.
The Residents on Tour.
Arguably the looniest band ever.

The Bloodhound Gang opened for someone once, who I kinda forget who. That was one of the most entertaining sets I have ever seen. Loony would apply. If they can pull off good music and the funz, it is quite the treat.
Bloodhound gang were horrible, dressing up like monkeys is not on the same plane of truly looney bands. Residents, never heard of them. Definitely looney and intriguing but I don't think I could sit for them, but that's just me as they seem like a cool concept band no doubt .
I was thinking, who would be loonier? I don't know, all I came up with is Gwar. Googled them and they are on tour for a 30th anniversary, wish they were coming to SLC. Residents seem even loonier though.
Upcoming shows
Farm Aid a few days b4 my birthday
TAB at Radio City a few days after
Also got War on Drugs tix, but that's not till January
Hiss Golden Messagar in between
Always a winner
Saw Black Crowes this past Sunday in Hartford. Outside.
Don't know if I will be going inside anytime soon.
Passed on N. Mississippi Allstars at FTC last night.
Hopefully I'll be out skiing then.
But they are playing in SLC February.
I'd drive down for that, maybe, depending.
Saw DMB last night at the Mid-florida Credit Union Amphitheatre here in TPA.
1st concert back. We did last minute lawn seats, which were perfect for that show.
Have a group going to Chris Stapleton in a few weeks, and then we have pit passes for ZBB in October.
Nice to see some music again. Chris Stapleton is totally amazing live. 1st show a couple years ago, I knew maybe 2 songs. He won me over.
Looking forward to that one, plus the group we are with will be a blast.
Drive-By Truckers at red butte in slc. Rained out.

I dunno man, I enjoyed it. I saw Green Jello open in SF years ago and that was a trip. After reading Maynards book, it appears he was there performing with them that night but a few years before Tool so no idea at that point.
Yeah, Crowes will be at Red Rocks, but got a little loose and bought tix for some other shows at indoor smaller venues and now getting a little questionable with things getting bad.
If it’s at the Meadows that’s a really good summer shed, killer sight lines and great sound. It’s huge, probably the biggest shed in this country.
crab in my shoe mouth
nice, enjoy!
