So this would mean a 4:30 Dawn Patrol Start!!!
At least the drive is less than 10 minutes. Sounds like something to me. A friend of mine who did it regularly last winter skins up a little extra ridge lookers right of Trimmer on his way out for some extra turns on his way back to High Meadows.

Was Powderhouse still dog deep today?

I miss you guys so much. Well, not really. I just miss the snow. But the company's always nice too.

hmmmmmm, very interesting indeed. still wayyy too earrlyyy to call this, but again, hmmmm...

FOR NEXT MONDAY AND TUESDAY...THE 12Z/18Z ECMWF/GFS MODEL RUNS LOOK INTERESTING FOR SNOW MONGERERS. THE 500 MB HEIGHT PATTERN APPEARS REMARKABLY SIMILAR TO LAST SATURDAY/S SNOW EVENT...AS THE HUDSON BAY LOW IS PROGGED TO ROTATE EAST AND ALLOW A CONSOLIDATED SYSTEM TO MOVE THROUGH THE REGION. AS ALWAYS SNOW LOVERS...DON/T GET EXCITED QUITE YET! THE PROGGED FLOW PATTERN IS VERY LIKELY TO CHANGE MANY TIMES BEFORE NEXT MONDAY AND TUESDAY. SNYDER
