This holiday has messed up my sense of time and date. I was about to bump this for Sunday, but it isn't Sunday yet, is it? Anyway, it's snowing again up here this morning, and there's a good looking, shapely, and seductive forecast for today/tomorrow.

Kristen and I will be out all weekend, so say hello should you see us.

I did see Iceman yesterday however, and the new snow and awesome skiing didn't seem to have anything to do with his precense, so draw your own conclusions.

Word has it that Powderhorn at 11 am for all to meet up. Only if I want to stop though.

Skied today with Trekscow and Kristen. Purely sensational.

The Summit lift closed at 2:00 today for avalanche control. The liftie gave me the last chair - I owe him a big favor. I was told that they will not open the Summit lift at all tomorrow - who knows?

Summit lift not opening, eh? That would suck, but is pretty normal from what I hear. Solitude, the 2 day after place to be. I'll be there anyways, as it'll be fun to ski somewhere else for a change. The lift house discount is key

Does anyone know if you can park in the upper lot still? Otherwise you're stuck down at Moonbeam to start the day.

I'm sure the road will be open if the dumb #$@&'s will leave their two wheel drives and bald tires at home It would take twice this much snow to close the road due to slides.

By the way, I'll be the tele skier with an orange jacket and red full face.

You can park there if there is space available. The upper lot probably does not hold more than 100 cars.

I can't believe I'm up this early. On the way.

Whew, I'm freaking beat. I got up at 7:30 this morning, I had plenty of time for my usual McDonalds and a nice easy drive to the hill.

I loaded the Eagle Express at 9:05, I was about 20 yards up the liftline when I spotted Buzzworthy boarding up to the lift. A quick holler and I promised to wait at the top.

Buzz showed up with Twoplanker and Flykdog. After Buzz's board was strapped on it was game on. The whole day was a mishmash of pure powder porn. To say it was deep would be an understatement.

During the day we ran into and picked up various characters. A holler at Release, a chat with Iceman, a hello to Tresckow and Kristen, then finished the day be-bopping around with MacDaddy, SkiingBear, Skiguide and Woodsy. Man, what an incredible day.

I didn't stop too much for pictures, and the light was pretty flat today. But, I did manage to get in a few shots.
