yeah man, a class where you improve your flexibility while being in a hot college female dominated environment is always a good thing. this coupled with ski condioning has already given me noticeably more flexibility, which prolly helped a whole lot when i overrotated a backflip while i was up there.

I got taken to "boxacise" by my g/f last night. She claimed it was all about boxing the crap out of each other but when I got there I discovered it was aerobics whilst wearing boxing gloves. You had to jump up and down whilst playing pattacake with pads. I got a warning from the instructor for not jumping up and down enough and for giving my girlfriend a whopping haymaker (on the pads) that knocked her over. She did say boxing the crap herself (and I didn't hit her hard enough to hurt...) but I think she fell over on purpose to make me look bad. Or make me feel good...

Anyway, I was one of two guys there. It might have been a stupid sport/class but I was having to control lil pete from not jumping up and embarassing me. Chicks (really not wearing too much) jumping around, getting sweaty and "boxing" each other was pretty nice to watch. The other guy there obviously went every week just to perve out too. Anyway, I prolly would burn more calories watching tv and eating deep fried mars bars... Oh yeah, and I got badly busted because one of my mates saw me going in so I'm really going to cop the crap this weekend. But at least I know why men become aerobics instructors.

    Wink

On the aerobics class spin that this thread has taken...

I'm working out in our gym here at work (benefit for working at a huge company) and out of nowhere, a gaggle of gorgeuos girls arrives into the main room from the hallway which houses the aerobics room...

...now I plan my workout schedule to coordinate with the "torso training" class!!!

Can't get back into the gym until next week. This sucks. Not like there's ever any hotties at the YMCA anyway. But losing fitness so close to ski season is a pain in the balls.

Um yeah, but the only problem is that the hotties in Bozeman are few and far between.

In college I took various chick-friendly classes, swimming, advanced swimming, yoga, and my favorite, ball-room dancing. Girls love a guy who can dance, I took it twice.
Skiing, where my mind is even if my body isn't.
