are you sking next week at all? I have a big 3 pass.
I'll be Lakin' tomorrow and through the weekend. I'm not sure but I may be wearing some wanker jacket with something relating to bindings that are ajar.

I'll be skiing later in the week. Got some whiners wanting me to come and finish painting their house early in the week.

Excellent news! Now let's pray for big dumps of snow and an early opening of the Dive, so you're not stuck skiing runs on Wawa and Strawb.

It was snowing at Kirkwood today, I'd almost forgotten what that was like. For a moment I thought it was really bad dandruff or something.

Yah, I can't afford a pass otherwise. In all reality it is not too bad - I expected it to be worse. There are quite a few new pros (somewhere around 6 or 7 I think) - Amit and Mark went to Fernie I think.

Is volunteering for the Evil Empire worse than working for the evil empire?

    Oarhead,
Does your pass give you access to Fernie or just the Lake?

Fernie, Kimberley, Nakiska and louise. I plan on hijacking couches in Fernie this year as much as possible.

Good stuff out of bounds at Sunshine today. Creamy goodness off the back of Standish and further afield.

A few quick pix. Had sun for about an hour, then mostly cloudy the rest of the day so I put the camera away. We stuck to mostly low angle stuff. A deeper snow pack is needed to make the steeper lines safe from rocky gnarl.

Eldereldo on skis! Who woulda thunk it?

PM on his brand spankin new teles. Nicer than the old Tua lawndarts.

EE again in what was amazing snow.

We did only a few runs inbounds and upper Divide first thing in the morning was fairly good. Still only November, so these are almost like bonus days.

I think I'll be at Sunshine Sunday. I've got a car full though. Trying to teach the girlfriend how to ski.

DougW-If your thinking of heading out sometime I wouldn't mind tagging along. I'm a 9to5'er so I'm good to go on weekends as long as I have a bit of notice. PM is the best way to get a hold of me.

Mex: did you still want the cheap, fat 150cm for her?

I'm at SSV on Sunday and will be home that night for pickup.

MtnLion - I was looking for a friend of mine. I gave her your digits and the info. That's the second person I've sent your way, do I get a broker fee? I may be interested in a short pair for the lady friend. We're just trying to get a few days in at the mountian before we start buying more gear. Thanks for keeping me posted.

Nice work on the photos Eldo.

I was up at SS on Friday but no BC for me. In bounds was alright for my first day, managed to miss all the rocks and the top of Divide was fun in the morning.

Can't wait for some more snow.

    Hey Eldo
What kind of camera do you have. I'm looknig to buy a digi but I'm finding it hard to find exactly what I want. Your shots look good. Can you give me the scoop on your camera.

Will do. Have to think about some touring. Even just to start from SSV.

Did you guys do Quartz on Saturday? We saw a couple of skiers headed off in that direction around 10:30 am. Also saw some people on their way back to the resort Sunday around noon.

Yeah I'm keen to set something up around the Sunshine Backcountry. I'm away the next two weekends. But keep me in mind.
