At least it means you don't get to see the image attachment errors. Kind of assumed it was a work around?

i get the 502 error regularly, usually late in the evenings, usually right on the hour -- say 10, 11 or 12 pacific.

i also can't open the pics that are displayed as links in peoples' posts. i get sent to the padded room nanny, click yes, and then am told i don't have authorization to view that page.

I get the 502 pretty often (like spook - late in the evenings). I can usually open the pictures alright, but every once in a while I have the problem spook described.

I also get the 502 error. I also can't open pics anymore unless I right click and choose to open in new window or tab. If I just click on a picture, the whole screen gets 3.84567 shades darker and no picture opens.

I've gotten that for a while. I thought it was when I inadvertently clicked twice while the new page was loading. Then it seems to stay locked out for a few minutes. ???

Try cleaning out your cookies, closing and reopening the browser, and log back in to TGR. Then click on padded room, say yes, and it should work. My old TGR cookie was only good enough to get me in the PR but not for images. Wead.

My connection brings up any other page QUICK when I get the page errors. It's not the ISP. Something they do internally I'm sure. Yah gotta do your maintenance sometime -- night in the US is the best time cause they probably have the least web traffic then. You always do maintenance on networks at the time when your traffic is at its least.

I work on Fiber optic networks. The only time we don't do maintenance at night is on networks carrying cable cause people watch TV at night and the lull is actually around 9AM.

Whatever they are doing the they must believe the best time to do whatever they are doing is at a specific time of night.

Get this ERROR DAILY at approximately 12 (noon) MST.

Site becomes totally unresponsive and takes forever to return the 502 error. clears up in approx 10 min.

Site is also sometimes painfully slow and im on a 10meg FAT ASS pipe....

Oh yeah and now 503 (service unavailable) when replying
