who do I talk to about buying a banner ad?

www.bindingfreedom.com was born out of ideas developed here, and it just seems right to throw back some $$ to the forum and drive some traffic to the site at the same time.

I have no idea how these things are normally done or what they normally cost. I'm thinking a simple static jpeg that isn't flashing or making noise through your browser ought to do.
