I am wondering if there is demand or need for very cheap short term rental lodging in the Mountains of Colorado 20 minutes from Copper Mtn, 45 min from Vail, Beaver Creek, Abasin, Breck, Loveland for the winter.

This unit is in Leadville and is an old mobile home that has been added onto and updated. Not perfect but cheap lodging for budget travelers or those wishing to experiment with ski bum lifestyle. I had tenants in this unit for the last 2 years and now its vacant.
