We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager (that's Corporate-Speak for "Recruiting Manager") in our Sandy, UT location.

Role Responsibilities
• Leads operational elements of recruitment marketing, sourcing, recruiting, recruiting administration, reporting & analytics, compliance for region under direction of Division Operations Director.
• Responsible for ensuring regional hiring needs are met with quality hires in a timely and cost effective manner.
• Partners with HR Leaders and Talent Business Partners in identifying and managing the recruiting aspects of workforce planning.
• Responsible for implementing solutions to hiring impediments with full partnership of the HR Leaders and CoE leads, including continuous improvement of enterprise process and tools, including systems administration for TA System.
• Monitors and augments production, hiring quality, as needed, utilizing analytics and reporting.
• Manages regional operational team providing concierge level customer service (internal and external)
• Interfaces with Corporate Headquarters Recruiting Operations team as needed
• Manages compliance of the recruiting process, including annual FCC reporting for the region
• Champions new ideas and acts as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on talent acquisition process, systems, and structure
• Effectively partners with Region CoE lead and HR Lead by providing ongoing communication on projects, performance and process.
• Lead projects and/or partner with project leads to constantly improve recruiting effectiveness and efficiency.
• Update overall Operations Director and Talent Business Partner on operations of recruiting, projects, and outcomes consistently and professionally.

Qualifications
Basic:
• Minimum of 7 years broad based recruiting experience with at least 4 years spent in a talent acquisition operations role at a complex firm known for innovative and effective recruitment practices.
• Prior experience in services based environment and organization.
• Experience with Project Management
• Experience or certification in a process discipline, e.g. Six Sigma, Lean, etc.
Preferred:
• HR technology knowledge
• Extensive knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Enterprise Resource Programs (ERP) including technology deployment, process optimization, workflows and recruiter roles.
• Significant expertise in the development, production and distribution of metrics relative to key measures of recruiting effectiveness.
• Highly evolved relationship management/partnership skills with particular focus on HR leaders, line executives, and affiliated support functions.
• Excellent project management, communication and consensus building skills required
• Previous experience as a high volume recruiter, in a consultative environment
• Advanced degree
