House in Jay, VT - need more roommates

A group of 4 of us is looking at a large 4 bedroom house in Jay for the season (Nov-April). It's just a few minutes from the hill. Chalet style house w/ wood stove, multiple bathrooms, and firewood included for the season.

We need 1-3 more roommates to make it work. One guy is heading up tomorrow (9/30/10) to take a look at it in person & we're hoping to put money down on it asap.

3 of us will be living there full time, 1 guy is weekends only. We're looking for a few more roommates to bring down the cost. Full timers or weekend warriors. Weekend warriors will pay less. PM me if interested, pictures available.

EDIT: We're about to drop funds on a sicker, slightly more expensive house 0.9 miles from the Stateside parking lot. Has a fireplace, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, furnished with 7 beds.

Total for the season is going to be between $1,500 and $1,644 per person. Get at me if interested.

Planning to live in Jay full time so I won't be getting a Magic pass... Magic maintains a special place in my heart and I will continue going up there with folks to work on tree lines, hopefully until the entire interior of the resort is skiable.

You'll have to come up when NEK gets dumped on ...those 2-fer vouchers are killer.
