    Need CO advice

I might have time to make a quick trip this week-end. Early season conditions in mind, blah blah, which would you choose between the two:

    Eldora or Winter Park.

Those two are about the extent of my reach at this point (in drive time).

Go with Wanker Park. From what I hear they have more trails open and a deeper base.

That's kinda what I was thinking. I'm lazy and just want to do some lift service groomers. I did some repairs to my boot soles and got some new bindings and just want to test them out, etc. Thanksgiving I'm heading out to LCC.

    Any other Northern CO suggestions?

Went up last weekend to the back side of Cameron pass not to bad but it did require a long skin in.
Let me me know if you need any more bata.

What do you mean by backside? West facing slopes? I've never explored the west side of the pass. How was the coverage? Did you get a peak over towards the Nokhu crags and Mt. R?

Been checking the Snotel, and it doesn't look good up there according to snow depth...

There are no Snotel readings for Cameron Pass. The closest one is Willow Creek Pass and Never Summer (which btw, is looking pretty good IMO).

Neither. Go to AspenMountain if you can . . .

Skin/snowmobile/crawl to the top - Pumphouse, some others are nice right now.

Usually pretty good early season at the top.
