I was at the gym this morning and saw this chick and thought of Punani.

There was this little asian girl like 5'0" with the biggest fake boobs I've ever seen. They'd have been big fake boobs on a normal sized woman, but her normal measurements were probably around 30-20-30 but her boob circumference with all the silicone/saline now is probably more like 40". They stuck out several inches to either side and I swear if she would hold her arms out straight they'd come out to her elbows. It's a good thing she was lifting this morning because she needs the muscle to stand upright.
