This is not really legal though, so a lot of vets stay away from the procedure. I guess they are liable to the AKC if a pet owner abuses the new nuts.
Dog shows are about selecting the best breeding stock so a [male] dog must have a pair (the judge checks) and some breeders with a nice 1 nut dog will add a nut to increase his value. It's the dog owner or breeder that gets into trouble; not the vet. You want a dog with a lot of presence and whacking his nuts off would take away from that. It would for me.
If you have a problem & think that someone else is going to solve it for you then you have two problems.
