Lost Trail

I'd like to do it this weekend. I have a serious jones for alpine singletrack, and the season for this ride is closing soon.

It's worth driving all the way from Denver or SLC just to do this ride, IMO.

Plus you can stop in CB on the way back to Denver and check out Vinotok.

Someone take Adam up on this. I'm doing it again on Thursday.

I'll send this link to my bud in T-ride. Even if he can't hook up he should know about this gem.
Hope access remains status quo in future or improves. Shame to lose access to such an epic ride.

I'm doing this Saturday if anyone is interested (I found someone to ride with). Leaving Gunnison by 7 (hopefully), so we will be riding by 10 (hopefully).

adam, I have a good friend who is an awesome rider, just moved to Ft Collins, who might be interested. I've done many long alpine rides with him, he could hang easily. Good dude too. I'm gonna e-mail him a link to the thread.

Leave a bit earlier, Adam. I think you'll be pushing getting nighted if you leave at 7.

Yeah, 2.5 from gunny

It could easily take you 10hrs, which is how long it took us, if you stop to take photos, look at the map, get a flat or 2, etc. So starting at 10= finishing at 8, which is pretty dark these days.
