    Ok, now i'm hungry. Nice looking plate, rice looks perfect. What was the sauce like? Why does that look like a bottle of maple syrup in the first pic? Guessing those weren't the 'lite' frijoles refritos...

    Sauce was marinara-ish, with maybe a bit of cumin, sweet and savory.

    My son had french toast, he is a little gun shy of Mexican after the pepper incident.
