    Alta tomorrow

Anyone? From the forecast, they'll have about 20 more inches than they do now, I have to early, like start at 8 A.M. Sorry if anyone thinks this is going to jinx, don't worry, it's not.

jinxer . I'd suggest getting over to Big Cottonwood because that is where the last storm dumped the most. Maybe Solitude or Brighton.

This storm's coming from the norfwest, so there's no telling what'll happen.

That said, I'll go if someone wants to cart my fat ass up there. To earn my way I'll sing showtunes along the way.

Showtunes, huh? That just might be worth it. I would have no problem doing that Frizzo, the only problem is I'll be driving straight to Provo for work after that.

    Phil,

Figured you'd be heading to work. We'll see if any other fish bite. I may have a buddy who wants to head up. Will let you know.

If only it was the other way around. Don't have a car that can make it up there if there's any snow. Might chance it in the Volkswagen anyway if I get too antsy. Nobody's going up from Provo, are they?

Yeah, sounds good. Hopped, are you saying you're in Provo. You could meet me at the mouth of the canyon?

Yeah, but I just remembered I have class(and a quiz) until 11:00 so I couldn't get up there until about noon-ish.

    Hello PowderHounds!!!

Winter has made its way to Alta! 13 inches today makes over 40 inches in the past 5 days. And skiers, it is absolutely dumping in Alta, right now! The National Weather Service is telling us to expect 12-24 inches in the next 24 hours and more snow near the end of next week.

Our scheduled opening date is Thursday, November 20th, conditions permitting. And, conditions look very good right now!

I'm happy and I'm not even in UT.
