Help with Embedding!!!

I need help in embedding (no I don't need help in bed)
So their is a video I want to embedd. Youtube has a button to give the code, I have tried both share and embed. I then click on insert link o the tgr toolbar.
Enter the code, and it doesnt work, example
[nomedia="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3QJ8NKK-i24"]YouTube- COPS (In South Park)[/nomedia]

If it helps, this is the code that is entered into the popup window that appears (the code that youtube gives:

and this is the code that appears in the post (minus bracket u r l beginning and end

no, tgr needs to get off their asses and add a damn youtube and vimeo button already. how hard can that be? in as much time as it takes to respond to one of these video questions the feature could be added to the site.
