Have a varied background from handyman at hardware store to first mate on a yacht to property management... will have a 9-5 for about 40-50 hours a week.... looking for part time work, or something I can do in exchange for a room in Frisco, Breck, Blue River etc...

Do I detect a lot of anger flowing around this place? Kind of like a pubescent volatility, some angst, a lot of I'm-sixteen-and-angry-at-my-father syndrome?
