Went to Alp Today saw Rusty and Odin, nice to meet you guys!

The snow was about an inch of fresh on hard pack or sometimes wind crust, mostly though the snow was nice. Rebuilt the snowfence and did chair evacs

Ok, one more question, not being an ass this time. In the shot of the lodge, is that the top of the mountain where the lifts seem to end?

Yea there were tons of people there, mostly gaper snowboarders who couldn't ride the T Bar, sweeps are fun because there are no people left on the mountain

And that is the top of one of the little tetons, the top of chair 2 is at 3900 feet I thin and has about 1200 vert

To put things in perspective to that trail map on the building, the middle two lifts are the 2 lifts you see in the picture

You should be giving favours to your english teacher not your biology teacher!
Avoid employing unlucky people - throw half of the pile of resume's in the bin without reading them.

You're going to be mighty sore trying to pass English.

I have a feeling he'll get an "A" (if you can believe that) and end up being the teachers pet.

Just got back to Seatown. Had a fun first day of lift-access skiing at Alpy. AKPM, was good to meet you. I always enjoy your AK stoke.

For anyone who has never been, Alpenglow is small, but NO crowd. It is a non-profit mountain where every patrol, lifty, food server, ticket salesperson is volunteering to keep a neat little mountain just north of Anchorage open and affordable. I tip my hat to the place.

Odin -- dude -- was great hangin' out again for a coupla days. I'll have the beer fridge stocked when you pass through here in a month and a half or so.

I have a feeling he is going to learn how to spell lock-jaw and will probably get writers cramp by beginning of second semester.

Yeah, it'll be interesting to see what happens to him first.... Carpel tunnel or PTAPD. (post-traumatic anal pounding disorder.)
