My hockey dream came true last night.....

All you NHL fans will appreciate this one......
Since the season is shot, a lot of the players have been doing charity events etc.. Well my buddy is family friends with Rob Esche, the starting goalie for the Flyers. Esche has a charity and he put on this big charity hockey game with a bunch of All-Stars in Utica, NY near my college. Anyway, through my friend i was able to go to their bar party afterwards and chill with all of em. It was amazing. I had no shame in just going up to em and introducing myself. They were real good guys. Oh the ones there were...Craig Conroy, Joe Nieuwendyk, Keith Primeau, Dominik Hasek, Mark Recchi, Eric Weinrich, John Madden and like 15 others. High point of the night was definately buying Hasek a Red Bull and Vodka and trying to understand him with his crazy accent. All they were doing was looking for the most sketchy chicks they could find. Jesse Boulerice of the Hurricanes, ended up goin home with a blond and a brunette. Pro athletes get it all, even when they have no season. Which by the way was the general concensus - none of em think that there will be any season at all this year. Sorry to ramble but i doesn't get much better than partying with a few All Stars....god i wish i had become an NHL hockey player

There is definitely a silver lining in the lock-out: Keith Tkachuk plays on my men's league team. We go out drinking after every game. He, too, is a great guy! (and fun to play with)

Hey Karl thats awesome, NHL guys are def. chill guys to party with for sure....Crinkle you woulda been in heaven with Primeau and Recchi (although i'm sure you aren't happy he's with pittsburg now). The coolest of em all was actually Martin Biron, the goalie for Buffalo and his buddy Eric Boulton.

I think it is funny how Crinkle claims to be a huge Flyers fan and then uses this guy in the same post. That is so wrong.

Also, it is spelled Pittsburgh, not Pittsburg. The h is vital.
