Halfway through the third it isn't looking good. Shit.

On the bright side Palko is kicking ass. If our offensive line can get their shit together we might just pull this thing out.

2:24 left, Pitt up by three. My fingers are crossed. I have a very bad feeling that Darrel Reevis is going to fuck it up. Come on D, save this thing for Palko!

on a pro football note. Why couldn't Dan Rooney veto the SI cover.

hopefully Mr. roethlisberger(sp?) can supercede this. Now that the Quaterback abortion Kordell Stewart is gone the Curtain should have a chance

HAHA way for Palko to drop the F bomb in the post game interview.

He had a hell of a game. The first player to ever throw five touchdowns against the Irish. Where you at Big Sugar? What now?

    Edit for the finger devil.

Oh, I was just out walking around the neighborhood with my shotgun shooting anything that moves.

That one really hurt. A lot.

Yeah, the penalties killed Notre Dame. Normally with Pitt it's the other way around. That runback by Holiday should have been called back for a block in the back. The late hit on the sidelines could have gone either way, so it goes both ways. Both teams played well. It was one hell of a game to watch regardless of who you like.

I watched the second half of that game, and as a nonpartisan observer, ND got seriously screwed on those two pass interference calls. They would have won going away but for that.

On the other hand, Palko is a fucking stud.

I don't think I've been this pissed about an ND loss in quite some time.

hey skiergirl, are there a lot of people down there that want Ty gone?

Yes, that interception right there in the end zone was right in front of me, literally [brag] 2nd row tix [/brag], no freaking way on the PI. Hmm, Pitt passing on a 3rd down could I have a yellow flag please. Also excessive celebration wtf was that? Oh well, spilt milk and all.

bigsugar, nope. Though I'm not very really into fb (sucked in by this place), no, I do not want Ty gone. After 1 year of Davie and 3 years of Ty I still think we've improved over the Davie days and don't really think the program is going to find any consistancy if they keep switching coaches before a full recruiting class can hit their senior year. But wtf do I know... This game didn't hurt as bad as BC, it did piss me off more.

i don't really need to point anything more out about this game, but damn what a kick in the nuts. that last pass interference call gave the game to Pitt. it felt good to hear the student section yelling "bullshit" and made me want to be back there so bad.

    eat shitt pitt.

Thems fightin' words buddy. Would you like to step outside please?

I have seen refferee's give way to many games to other teams to feel any guilt for this game. Bottom line is the scoarboard. If you don't get it done, don't blame the ref's. They fuck up too, but it goes both ways. Some games you get screwed a little, some games you get lucky. That's just the way it is.

how about them stillers? a good weekend for pgh football!!!!

pasucks, i just got a call from a guy at willi's who tells me that they're hosting a pgh TGR show in mid-december. i was looking into doing the same but had to back off because willi's was planning something. then they were off, but now i guess they're back on.

think you can rustle up some people from your neck of the woods? he tells me they're going to use a club/venue down in the strip district- but i forget the name of the place already. i'm pumped that we'll have a pgh show, even though i've already watched soul purpose at least 10 times...
