37K a year to continue learning how to memorize and get drunk? shit give me one years tuition and i'll find some a duplex or two to get him started and he'll be living off of the rents by the time he's legal to drink.

no wonder why you can't afford to bring me a fucking coffee at work! thanx for the almond square tho

    Oh Hai.

Just my yearly check-in. I see the waves in New England are still Knee to Waist high.

Here's hoping for atleast the annual tradition of Thanksgiving swell.

Yeah, I'm sure not going to complain after a less than stellar season.

Take what you can get, while you can get it, 'cause the westerly will flatten it right quick.

Less than stellar it has been. And there was such a good start in late August and early September. Hoping for the Thanksgiving goodness, although I'll be up in the mountains looking for snow.

Went out this afternoon and grabbed a few. Crowd was showing up in drives as I was leaving at 3:30. It makes me
sad to see that many people. Oh well. I got it with just two of us for 45 minutes. Then 10 people showed up and changed the scene. Grab a few more and called it. Passed another 10 or so on the walk out and change at the car. Holy geez.

Scored a bingo this morning. Six foot bowls. Just a touch overhead. Not more than a few feet at best. Surf from 7-10:30 and the wind just would not pick up. Super silky glass. Almost too glassy. The wave almost felt slippery. Was wondering were every one was. It almost felt crowded for on hour with five of us out. Arms were done, so I had to leave after scoring a really nice one all the way to the sand.

Even if the surf blew it would have been worth it. Seals were abundant. Including the stinky one on the beach. But the best part was a pod of dolphins frolicking through the line up. I was within 10 feet of maybe 12 or more as they passed by. Almost felt like I could reach out and touch one.

Weather is just beautiful today. Absolutely love this time of year just before the snow starts to fall in the hills

Now back to cutting down a tree.

It sounds like your having the best trip, ever. HH-DOH every day is a dream but that's out of our league. Us guys on TGR probably couldn't hang above knee to waist high. I've had some fun trips but nothing like yours. This was 2 days after the peak of the swell on a solid knee high day. Too bad we didn't have any milk tea, that would have made me surf mo better. Keep us posted on how epic your trip is.

Silly me, I posted a photo of the inside section. I know rippers like you would have been on the outer reef, slightly over knee to waist out there. Tell us again how awesome you are and please post more photos of your epic trip, no one on here has ever scored fun waves like you do.

But then again, the inside section

Can you stop posting pic of your crappy small time cold water surf bro? We (me and crownedfishheads, we are like e-bros now) only want to look at pictures where surfers are wearing board shorts. Duh. I get all fucking shriveled up when I look at those lame shots.

I too took a surf trip this morning. All the way down to moss. Smaller today. In the double over waist range. Might have even been a few double stomach high waves on the outside. Gawd it was groovy. Just some playful stuff to keep ya moving inbetween the holy shit cliff bowls. More of that tomorrow.

Surfed it in trunks too. After reading here about the only way to live I gave it a try. God awful. My balls hurt. I guess that does it. No more kids.

Been a decently fun run while I have had big surf windows. Got to love that.

Damn piggs that shit is the real deal, are you sure you didn’t just copy those from some Chamber of Commerce website

Oh yeah, where the fuck is your ghey milk tea

Nice pics Rog, those rights look fun enough. I mean...I would quit surfing and move to the mountains full time if I had to surf that shit

Lot of fucking jongs blowing up our waist to chest high stoke lately

thanx man. I almost didn't wanna post em cuz it was a bit more textured than I like or am used to, but was a good morning for a bit of amusement. tis a very nice right. especially when double+ that size. then it gets into the effortless range.

did I even detect some approval/appreciation from hugh? maybe just a lil bit?

time to get on the mtb for an afternoon of riding and trail building. yup, flat here today.

Gott admit that looks like Rog is getting some good speed on those waist high waves, I often struggle on those days.

Chamber of commerce was using their cell phone, not really giving it justice. I'm just really excited to see more of fish taco's cell phone pics of his epic trip

well if you lived in the land of knee-waist grovel mush, you'd get more used to it. learning to generate speed when the wave ain't helping you out one bit is a good trade to learn. that is if it's necessary where you live

but when the waves get good I have to constantly remember that I don't hafta generate speed.

Don't trust what you read on TGR. It is almost as bad as listenin to a major news outlet.

So, you have more than one sky out there? Cool. Just one here. No wonder it is so more awesome. I was feeling pretty jealous until I realized that the average king salmon is only three feet. Shit, your head high is less than what I measure a knee high wave (I use the radgnar scale). Any chance you can get some turtle pics up for me? Thanks e-bro.

More fun ones today, but ya gotta wonder when this season will kick it into gear. We've had maybe two swells that could be categorized as moderate. I actually kind if like these small scale clean swells, but would not mind seeing a solid Gulf of Alaska behemoth fill in during a low tide event.
