Pics from Killington yesterday
Conditions were very nice, soft snow and lots of whales and bumps. I was in shell-shock after making my first run down a slope with knee-high bumps! After a few times I was surprised to find it got easier, not more difficult. I'm terrible in the bumps, but a dude on the gondola gave me a good piece of advice...he said to look several bumps down instead of right in front of you. It worked!
Anyway, it was kind of crowded but the guns were not blowing and it was 40 degrees. Plus as I said the snow conditions were wonderful. So all in all, a very nice first day back on the slopes for me, my better half, and our little guy!
