I'm most of the way through watching Queen's Gambit with my wife. It's a bit pulpy, but redeemed by high production values and acting, good 60s sets and music, and the chess action is convincing as well (I've played a fair amount, but never took it seriously). I'm liking it.

A new series of MANHUNT is available. It's about the 1996 Atlanta bombings.

I just finished. I liked it, but after all the raves, I was a little underwhelmed (but did like it). Great music. Production was great. Acting as well. A little silly at times, but well done.

Any one seen Mank? Got lost a couple of times and some characters seemed almost throwaway in their presentation (might help to be familiar with Citizen Kane, which I am embarrassedly not), but the acting was excellent (can't go wrong with Gary Oldman) and we liked it over all.

I gotta be honest, Netflix is worthless. There movie selection blows and I’m not that into TV. I will be quitting again when my discounted 2 months are up.

I’d seen that before, maybe on a different channel. Enjoyed watching it again, even though it is pretty much fantasy concerning the search for Rudolph. I guess the truth would have been too boring.

I only watched that one and the Killers one, and there was a lot more personal unpacking done on the NIN episode. Was fascinating to get his take on his younger self/situation, he definitely spends a lot of time on introspection.

I watched this last night. I thought it was quite good - easily the best "made by Netflix" movie I've ever seen.

As a skier, I could not stand this movie. I hate these Hollywood flicks in the snow.

I hated how they never explained any of the past events.
