Not much difference between stairs and water than castle and street, Deutsh. It's wide enough, however, that I would have had to stitch 3 50mm shots together to duplicate.
Common maxim is that a 50mm lens on a full frame is the FOV of the human eye. Any focal length smaller than that is wide-angle, anything longer is telephoto (magnification.) Stitching several 50mm shots together and displaying them as a multiple of the 4x3 frame gives you a panoramic, same as one 16mm shot cropped to the same dimension, no?
