A long time ago, cookies worked great. I could log in, look at whatever I wanted, and as long as I didn't clear my browsing history when i came back I could click "First New Post" and it would always take me there.
Up until this week, that only worked if I didn't close the browser.
Now, nothing works. Some threads will take me to the first unread, other threads take me to the first post, even though I have read 3 pages in. When I leave my CP, I these threads are still bold, even though I just viewed them.
Is this on my end, or yours?

I think it might be that you are using the newest FF. I don't have the version numbers in front of me, but I have the same issue as you at home but at work it still works great.
Just to clarify, at home the 'go to first unread post' button doesn't work, but the 'new post' button up top does.Something about the wrinkle in your forehead tells me there's a fit about to get thrown

Ok, it's getting weirder. Work machine is also running 3.6.3, however, haven't done any updates lately. It's XP, and home is Vista, maybe that's part of it?

Haven't done extensive testing yet, but so far it seems that 'go to first unread post' and 'new posts' working fine for me. But you did say that sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. I'll keep checking over the course of the day and see if it does indeed continue.

Cleared the cache, clogged out and closed the browser on this PC. I also verified that I am logged out of the laptop.
Seems to be working at the moment....
