I’m going to try to make it. Not sure if Mrs. Clark will be joining. Yearbook left a bitter taste in her mouth and she spent the ride home complaining about “Red State Motherfuckers”, cornball acting, and wanting to shoot the people responsible for 75 minute ski movies.

Well, the overall consensus with the people I talked to after the movie didn't like it. The same goes for myself. I think its the worst movie they have done so far......super duper slow mo', boring music, and way too long ski-basejumping segment. However, if you're going to meet some buddies and have a few beers....its tolerable.

Well, The SixSixSix sums it up perfectly. But this in the internet so I must say something… it’s a ski movie so on a certain level you’re going to like it no matter what, especially if you’re chilling with the bros and having a couple of drinks and what not. However, you’re not happy when you realize that you paid $12-a-head to watch a movie with an obstructed view in a bar that feels like a Tokyo subway at rush hour. Also, I doubt anyone walked out of the show thinking, “Damn, that was banger. I’m going to buy it.”

Do we need to get tickets or can we just snake the front of the line like last week?

I didn't get a ticket in advance - hope it's cool to get a ticket there.

This should be a good break from far too much work this week.

Hey, the pro list got expanded:

Sage Cattabriga-Alosa, Will Burks, Jeremy Nobis, Shroder Baker, Jonny Law, Meg Oster, Erik Roner, Jeremy Jones

Will Burks is awesome. I met him at the last TGR show in SF and we talked for several minutes, mainly about my move to Tahoe. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer individual. Super friendly, full of stoke, and a ripper.

    I'll see ya'll tonight!

    Ticket purchased.

Work permitting, I'll be the sweet dood wearing a tshirt with a Maine Liscense plate reading AYUH! and jeans that still smell like champagne from the Red Sox World Series win (3 weeks ago now...yikes)

Otherwise I'll be the chump in work pants (I refuse to use the word slacks on the interweb) and a blue checked shirt. Let's git sum.
You know, there's like a butt-load of gangs at this school. This one gang kept wanting me to join because I'm pretty good with a bowstaff.

I'm so pumped for the flick tonight. I went over the N.F. store at lunchtime and got to meet Sage and Nobis. Very cool guys! I went super early b/c I wanted to get out of work and was the only one there for like 15 minutes. Talked to Jeremy for quite a while. This was my first time to meet guys like this so I'm all starry eyed right now, then add that to the fact that Meg Oster is as beautiful in real life as her pictures made for a nice lunch break! See you focks tonight!
