    AT JONG question

Being the AT jong that I am, I have a friend that is looking into buying an AT binding and asked me if it is possible ski tele style in AT bindings. I said that I didn't think so but being the AT jong that I am I would ask around. So what do you say, is skiing tele possible with either the Freeride or the Naxo binding and AT boots?

    No.

AT bindings in climb mode don't flex the boot and put pressure on the ski like tele bindings do.

Also they weren't made to take torsional stresses like that.

You'd probably rip the binding off the base trying it.

it happens, but not by choice. freeheeling will put way too much stress on the toe piece when downhilling. if you want to do it one through pow, then go ahead. more than a couple times and you'll be in the warranty dept getting laughed at.
